Gina has been in the long term care “world” since 2003. In 2007, she obtained her first license as Administrator in the state of Nevada. Since then she has gotten her Missouri and Kansas licenses as well. She is proud to be a W.S.U. Shocker and is continuing her education locally at Park University.
Gina is the proud mother of four boys, two of which have the distinction of being Eagle Scouts, as well as the oldest two are now serving our country in the U.S. Marine Corps. The youngest two are still at home with big plans for the future.
Her hobbies include traveling to warm destinations, reading, and playing cards with her family.
Holly has been a LPN for over 13 years, she started in the nursing field at the age of 19 as a CNA. She graduated from Warrensburg Area Care Center in 2004 with her LPN, then in 2015 graduated from State Fair Community College with Associate of Arts. Holly was a floor nurse for over 10 years and then became a Staffing Development Coordinator which her focus was the continued education of the staff which ensure that each Resident received the optimal care. She had been married for 14 years and has 3 kids, twin sons that are 13 and a daughter that is 8. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and kids.
Memory Care Director
Todd has been with Arrow Senior Living for 2 years as a traveling Regional Nurse but has decided to plant roots at The Parkway, we’re very excited to have him on board!
Todd was born in Providence, Rhode Island and moved to Maine when he was in the 2nd grade. His first job was working as a Resident Services Director in an Alzheimer’s community, where his passion for memory care residents began. This work prompted his desire to go to nursing school, now to be known as “Nurse Bettey” for over 20 years.
Todd spends his spare time in and around the theater. He has acted and directed several local productions and his favorite character he played was Bob Cratchit in Scrooge The Musical.
Todd is a proud new grandpa of Rylan Asher Bettey who was born on January 23rd, 2018 and already has Grandpa wrapped around his finger.
Todd is excited to be at The Parkway and bring his experience and passion to our Memory Care Neighborhood.
Ignacio is happily married with 5 children at home. He has been cooking for 30 years and started his career as a chef in California. He has worked for Arrow Senior Living for several years now, most recently at The Fremont in Springfield, Missouri and now at The Parkway!
Ignacio and his family moved to Missouri from California in 2014 and is happy to call the Blue Springs area home.
Resident Services Director
Jess has 5 years of experience in senior care. She started working with seniors after graduating high school in Wyoming. While getting her Associate’s and Bachelor’s degrees, she worked in nursing and assisted living homes doing activities. While getting her Master’s degree, she took a break from senior care, but quickly got back into it after moving from Arizona to Raytown with her husband in 2017. In her spare time, Jess loves to watch new TV shows, go to the movies, go to concerts, and play with her cat, Roku. Jess has a passion for senior care, and hopes to have a life-long journey perfecting her skills with, and understanding of, seniors and senior care. In her role as Resident Services Director, she hopes to bring joy to residents through positive and meaningful events and interpersonal interactions.
Plant Operations Director
Dan and his wife of 42 years have 3 sons and 5 grandchildren ranging in age from 4 to 19 years old. He has lived in the Sweet Springs area since 1960 when his father was stationed at Whiteman Air Force Base. He lived in several places prior to this, including Alaska (where he was born) and Guam. Dan and his entire family all live on the same farm that has been in the family for over a century. He loves that his grandchildren can just walk over or ride their bikes over to see him anytime.
After graduating from high school, Dan enlisted in the United States Air Force where he trained in Electronics. After the military, he received his degrees in electrical, mechanical engineering and HVAC.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing pool working on working on patents for alternative energy devices.
Senior Living Coordinator
Corey is happily engaged to his fiancé with their dog and cat. He has been working at The Parkway off and on for the last 2 years. He is originally from California where most of his family still resides. Corey has worked at multiple Arrow Senior Living communities such as The Castlewood Senior Living, Hudson Grande Senior Living, KentRidge Senior Living, and Vitalia Senior Residences. He is happy to be working with the senior community in all different aspects.
