Out-of-town family and friends visiting overnight can stay with you in the comfort of your apartment. We also offer guest suites if additional space or privacy is needed at a minimal price.

What are the differences between Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care?

What exactly are the VA benefits and do you help file for them?

Aid and Attendance is a pension the Veterans Administration provides Veterans and their Spouses to help cover the cost of senior living. It pays anywhere from just over $1,094 to over $2,500 per month. There are specific requirements. Please check the VA site for more information.

What activities and services are available?

At The Parkway, we pride ourselves on our activity schedule, which offers a diverse program of activities and outings tailored to meet the interests of our residents.Our Independent Living residents can receive additional living assistance from our preferred third-party providers. Residents of our Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods are provided a wellness evaluation during the move-in process to help determine their needs and how best to serve them.

Will I have a curfew?

Residents are free to come and go as they please, with no set curfew times.

Can I smoke?

We are a completely smoke-free campus to all residents, employees, and guests.

Can I drink alcohol?

Benjamin Franklin once said, “in wine there is wisdom, in beer there is freedom.” We believe in smartly exercising our independence with social hours, such as our wine and cheese tastings, and happy hours where we serve beer and wine, as well as non-alcoholic beverages. Residents are welcome to stock their fridge with whatever they like.

What are the visiting hours?

You are welcome to have visitors at the time most convenient for you and your guests. Visitors arriving before or after our regular business hours simply use our call system and one of our staff members will be there to escort them inside.
